U.S. Congress Votes Database

The Washington Post hosts a free U.S. Congress Votes Database, which includes every vote in the United States Congress since the 102nd Congress (1991). The database allows you to browse votes in a variety of ways — both in aggregate and for individual members of Congress. It also includes recent financial disclosure statements for individual members.
This site also publishes an RSS feed of recent votes by each member of Congress, and a feed of the most recent votes in both chambers.

TIAS Available on State Department Website

The State Department has begun publishing the Treaties and Other International Acts Series (TIAS) on its website. At this time, only treaties from the years 1996 through 1998 are available, but the agency plans to continue updating the site. The treaties are available in pdf. In addition to the TIAS series, all international agreements (other than treaties) entered into by the U.S. since 1998 are available on the agency’s website.
Hein Online has TIAS for the years 1982 through 1998. They are available in the database’s Treaties and Agreements Library.
