Labor Day Week Reference Hours

During the week of Labor Day (August 31 through September 6), the Reference Desk will be staffed the following hours:

  • Saturday, Aug. 31: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Sunday, Sept. 1: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Monday, Sept. 2:  CLOSED
  • Tuesday, Sept. 3: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
  • Wednesday – Friday, Sept. 4-6: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 

Changes to the regular schedule are in bold.

Arizona v. California collection at Colorado University Law

William A. Wise Law Library at the University of Colorado Law School recently debuted its newest digital archive, the Arizona v. California Collection. The Collection contains more than 160 full-text, searchable pleadings, briefs, orders, transcripts, and reports from the 12-year original proceeding in the U.S. Supreme Court. The Collection is accessible to the public at, or by clicking on the Digital Collections link from the Library’s website.

Databases Highlight: 19th Century Masterfile

Overview: Covers nearly all of the periodicals of the late 18th through early 20th century. Articles provide studies of Anglo-American literature published before 1930, sourced from periodicals, newspapers, books, patents, image archives, government documents and more. Includes over 1 million citations.
Coverage: 1786 to 1922

Special Features
The main page provides updated information for researchers, including a scrolling “New Interdisciplinary discoveries” window which displays a scrolling list of available articles; and a Featured News and Latest Research sections.
